Description

We show the first run page both when ABP for IE is first installed and when the user updates to a version that supports Acceptable Ads. We're currently using the same title for the acceptable ads section in both cases.

We should use a different one - just like we're using a different title for the first run page on update.

Do we have any reasonable amount of users left on versions without AA that would force us to keep this distiction at all?
