Description
Background
There is a new FRP available here https://hg.adblockplus.org/adblockplusui
What to change
We should use the same FRP in all ABP versions. Update IE to use the same FRP.

This issue is not "Ready" yet, since currently the FRP does not yet support IE. You would have to fix the new FRP in IE first, which might be a bigger task than you expected. Are you sure you would still want to go with it?

I would recommend not to go forward with this until we drop support for IE8. Based on the research I did a while back it seems to require an unreasonable amount of changes. Additionally, some features could not be polyfilled and would therefore lead to degradation of existing code.
