Environment
ABP 1.2.690, IE8 (all IE probably)
How to reproduce
if already login in youtube, I click the user icon (right top side) ==> icon unresponsive (the dropdown menu does not appear)
other users are reporting they can not login (youtube, google)

Looks pretty much like a dublicate of #1218. The buttons both works fine, if you first switch to "My subsriptions".
