How to reproduce
Try to add new subscription from "Add filter subscription" list in filter preferences.
Observed behaviour
Wiltteri+EasyList and Latvian List+EasyList subscriptions are missing.
Expected behaviour
Main subscription lists should be same for all platforms

It's not clear to me what the desired action is in this report. The Expected Behavior section says, "Main subscription lists should be same for all platforms". That's a non-starter because Internet Explorer users can't subscribe to additional filter lists — that's ticket #1084.
Also, from what I can tell, the Firefox Mobile version is missing the "Add a different subscription" link present in desktop Firefox.
Because of the above, I've filed separate reports for desktop Firefox and Chrome.

Mass-closing all bugs in Adblock Plus for Firefox module, the codebase of Adblock Plus 3.0 belongs into Platform and User-Interface modules. Old bugs are unlikely to still apply.

The missing cancel button is not a bug. It's the way it's implemented in in ABP for mobile Firefox, ABP for android implementation is different and it's using Android UI elements to display the list.
Anyway that could be separate change request maybe in future.
