Description

How to reproduce

  1. Create an Adblock Plus for Chrome development build.
  2. Try to upload it to Chrome Web Store.

Observed behaviour

Error message: "The name translation in locale te is too long: 46. It exceeds maximum size limit of 45 characters"

Expected behaviour

Our build tools should enforce the length limit and truncate extension name if necessary.
