How to reproduce
- Create an Adblock Plus for Chrome development build.
- Try to upload it to Chrome Web Store.
Observed behaviour
Error message: "The name translation in locale te is too long: 46. It exceeds maximum size limit of 45 characters"
Expected behaviour
The extension name shouldn't exceed maximum length.
Hints for testers
Nothing to test here, this is only really affecting our Chrome Web Store uploads.

The current review fixes the translation (removing whitespace is enough) and adds a comment on the length restriction. After committing these changes will have to be implemented in Crowdin as well of course.
