Background
This will fix the following issues (first one listed is the reason why this change is urgent):
- #1321 (make sure our builds are always accepted by Chrome Web Store)
- http://codereview.adblockplus.org/6214230382477312 (fixing import of Python Image Library)

A dependency update is sufficient.
