Description
Background
Right now, one has to run sitescripts.urlfixer.bin.topDomains script manually in order to get the list of top domains and update typoRules.json for URL Fixer.
What to change
Rules generation needs to be automated, the typoRules.json file in the urlfixer repository should be updated daily. In fact, it might be a good idea to consider an alternative location for that file, one that doesn't bloat repository history but can still be used in builds.
