Description
Background
Currently the chromeDevenvPoller__.js script responsible for reloading extension in development environment when it updates doesn't do so cleanly.
What to change
buildtools/chromeDevenvPoller__.js.tmpl can use chrome.runtime.reload() instead of reloading the background page.
