Background

We haven't updated the "adblockplustests" submodule in a while. So we should do for the 1.8.8 release, pulling in following changes:

Update the "adblockplustests" submodule to revision 98723b040ad2.

This dependency has no effect on the builds whatsoever. Therefore no testing is required.
