Description

Background

#1629 will ensure that PAD files for download portals are generated on the update server. There are existing (and outdated) PAD files on eyeo.com however.

What to change

Add permanent redirects for the existing PAD files pointing to the versions on the update server.

The PAD file generation is going to be removed, see #3759.

The static PAD files on eyeo.com will probably just removed as well soon.
