Description

Background

For #1708 we need to import localization files (in Chrome's JSON format) from adblockplusui repository into Adblock Plus for Chrome/Opera/Safari, currently only import in Firefox format is supported.

What to change

Extend locale import in Chrome packager to accept JSON files as well.
