Not able to disable ABP on setting page (local page)

Environment

Windows + Vista 64bit + Chrome + English
ABP version 1.3.0.0

How to reproduce

  1. Install latest ABP extension on IE.
  2. Check the ABP version. See attached snapshot.
  3. Load any site and Check that ABP is enabled.
  4. Click on ABP icon available on bottom bar and select "Settings".
  5. Setting page will open. For example :

C:\Program Files\Adblock Plus for IE\html\templates\index.html

  1. On settings page, click on ABP icon and select "Disable on ​file:///C:/Program Files/Adblock Plus for IE/html\templates/index.html"

Observe

Observed behaviour

See image disable-on-settings.jpg
Though option is available  to disable, ABP can not be disabled on settings page.

Expected behaviour

If option is available to disable, ABP should be disabled on selected page.

Fixed implemented successfully ABP for IE 1.5.856, verified on Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10 IE 10 and 11. Text is greyed out and not functional when trying to add settings page as an exception.
