Description

Background

In #170 a new dependency mechanism was introduced as a replacement for Mercurial subrepositories. Currently adblockpluschrome is the last repository still using buildtools via the Mercurial subrepositories mechanism, once #1757 is fixed the files defining Mercurial subrepositories will be unnecessary.

What to change

Remove .hgsub and .hgsubstate files which are duplicating state from the dependencies file.
