Background
I use Adblock Plus in conjunction with Proxy Settings app for setting the wifi proxy settings on Sony Xperia Z3c v4.4.4 and Samsung Galaxy S3 v4.3 stock ROMs.

Proxy Settings (open source) can alter the proxy settings of wifi connections, why does Adblock need to manually configure the wifi proxy.
What to change
Can you please check the code from Proxy Settings and incorporate this automatic functionality accordingly ?
