This should be resolved in version 1.6, where we have implemented CSS injection instead of DOM traverser.

Are you using custom filters? Can you please upload a snapshot with unblocked ad highlighted? Unfortunately IE version does not yet support all the hiding filters yet, but that is going to change in 1.5 release.
