Add an option to show all active filters list on ABP button tooltip

Background

Currently ABP button tooltip shows "Most active filters" when mouse hovering. Most active filters list contains only 3 filters (presumably with most hits), other active filters are not shown.
It would be convenient to have an option like "Show all active filters in ABP tooltip". If enabled, ABP button tooltip will show all active filters, not only the 3 "most active" filters. It is handy if you want to find out quickly what filters are active on the current page now.

You can already see which filters are currently active on a page and much more by clicking on the icon and choosing "Open blockable items".

List of all blockable items includes both active filters and items which are not blocked. To understand what filters are currently active you must scroll this list right to the bottom which takes much time if the list is quite big (like 500 items or such).
You can also sort the list by "State" column to put active filters on the top of the list. But if it was sorted by some other column, like "Type", active filters are scattered all over the list.
Of course, it is possible to just sort it by "State" every time you want to see the active filters. But after that you need to sort it again every time (and you need to remember what column you used for sorting last time). It is not so convenient, better solution is to have an option for the button tooltip to show all active filters.
