Background
ABP now works asynchronously, so, citing from this article https://adblockplus.org/development-builds/asynchronous-file-operations-end-of-support-for-old-browsers:

patterns.ini is no longer saved on browser shutdown, some hit count information might get lost because of that (up to 250 hits).

To avoid this data loss it would be good to have the option to save hit count and last hit information on browser exit to patterns.ini. It could be disabled by default. Hopefully it will not disrupt ABP asynchronous work because it will only work on browser exit.
What to change
Add an option like "Save filters hit count and last hit info on browser shutdown" with functionality described above.

Mass-closing all bugs in Adblock Plus for Firefox module, the codebase of Adblock Plus 3.0 belongs into Platform and User-Interface modules. Old bugs are unlikely to still apply.
Made Firefox and Firefox mobile available as seperate platforms.
