Description
Background
Currently the interface pages (IAdblockPlus and IAdblockPlusSubscription have some words hard coded in English. These need to be translated properly like all the other texts are.
What to change
In the includes/interface.tmpl file replace any hard coded English strings such as "Version:", "Arguments:" and "Returns:" with proper locale variables.
