Background

servercontent is the (unfortunately private, for security reasons) repository containing our main server's configuration.

The idea is to migrate all of the main servers tasks to new dedicated hosts set up in infrastructure. However, we've been at it for three years now and there is no end in sight - it's about time we add a development VM configuration so we can test change to servercontent better.

What to change

We need a development VM similar to what we have in the (also private, also legacy) _anwiki_ repository.
