Background
With #1170 fixed we now have a repository with adblockplus.org contents that our CMS can work on. This needs testing.
What to change
Set up a new web server under beta.adblockplus.org that will run our CMS on the web.adblockplus.org repository. It can use a self-signed SSL certificate.
