Description

Background

#2126 will move the CMS from the sitescripts repository into its own repository. The configuration of our web servers should be updated to accordingly.

What to change

Update web module to check out sitescripts only if multiplexer is needed. Instead the new cms repository should be checked out and the generate_static_pages script should run from that one.
