Description
Background
Currently, we use the file extension .raw for raw HTML. A custom file extension makes little sense however, we don't use one for the Markdown files.
What to change
Use file extension .html for raw HTML. In the first step, both file extensions have to be supported. Once the content repositories have been updated we should remove support for .raw.
