Description

It seems that {profile}\adblockplus\patterns.ini (and backups) are main-thread IO offenders in terms of number of Telemetry submissions where it appears in.

This is a duplicate on #117 and #153 which have been resolved a while ago. Please test the current Adblock Plus 2.6 release.
