Environment

Firefox 28
Windows 8.1 Pro x64

How to reproduce

  1. Install the dev build Adblock Plus 2.5.1.3785 in a new profile
  2. Close the first-run page
  3. Manually update Adblock Plus in the Add-ons Manager of Firefox

Observed behaviour

The first-run page opens again after installing the update.

Expected behaviour

The first-run page should only open once after intstalling Adblock Plus for the first time.
