Description (last modified by trev)
Background
In Firefox issue reporter, the last page confirms the report being submitted successfully. If a known issue is detected, this is followed up by a corresponding link. However, users commonly stop reading at the success confirmation.
What to change
Move the “Known Issue” text to the top and make it bold.
Current:
"Your report...
The issue you reported..."
Proposed:
"The issue you reported...
Your report..."

Note that I changed the component here, it is Sitescripts (the message is produced by the server, not the extension). I also removed the proposal to change link behavior - it is unrelated and should be a separate issue (Adblock Plus for Firefox component). I must say, I didn't really understand that proposal.
