Environment

Android 5.0.2

How to reproduce

When multiple copies of Adblock are run, and an attempt to update the filter list is made, Adblock crashes

Observed behaviour

Expected behaviour

Either only one copy of Adblock should be allowed or updating shouldn't be allowed if multiple copies running has been detected
