Add missing links to sidebar elements in new options page

Description
Background
In addition to the share button we'd also like to have a contribute button in the sidebar of the new options page. Unlike the donate button that we have in our first-run page, we should link to our contribute page on adblockplus.org to encourage more diverse contributions.
Since the button has already been added in #1526 we only need to finish it in this ticket.
Finally, we'd like the version number in the sidebar to link to our releases blog.
What to change
- Rename "Donate" button to "Support us"
- Make contribute button link to https://adblockplus.org/*/contribute with document link that can be requested using app.get
- Make version link in sidebar link to https://adblockplus.org/releases with document link that can be requested using app.get
