Neither analyzing the logs nor performing the basic hardware-checks has brought up any issue so far. I've instructed Hetzner to perform a more in-depth check; waiting for feedback now.

Hetzner reported the host failing during the hardware-check itself. Thus they've replaced the entire box, keeping the hard-drives only. I'll adjust the udev/network setup accordingly, afterwards the host goes straight back into balancing.
