Description

In order to allow for using a recent version of Rietveld, we cannot rely on gae2django. Thus we agreed on migrating the setup to use the Google AppEngine SDK, properly wrapped.

Note that the context of this ticket covers the initial migration only, further updates hardening the setup may follow.
