Add the "Update From Gallery" key to the Safari extension update manifest (updates.plist)

Description
Background
In order to have extensions automatically update on Safari 9 they need to be hosted on the "new" Gallery. To migrate existing users to the version on the Gallery, the Update From Gallery key must be added to the existing update manifest.
What to change
Add Update from Gallery as instructed in the documentation to the update manifest of the release channel, however not for devbuilds.
