Description

Except for adblockplus.org, all web-server configuration from manifests/webserver.pp have been migrated to Hiera (#2974). While most migrations have been quite trivial, the web2 node definition (associated with adblockplus.org) contains additional resources for managing the ​https://hg.adblockplus.org/subscriptionlist repository.

Those bits should be moved to a distinct class within modules/sitescripts, making sure all necessary options can be set via Hiera.
