Background
DuckDuckGo would like to join the Acceptable Ads Manifesto on acceptableads.org
What to change
Replace Stack Exchange logo with DuckDuckGo logo and move Stack Exchange logo right before The Anti-Advertising Agency logo in additional organizations section.

Insert DuckDuckGo icon in the signatories logos list in the fourth position in the first row, replacing the Stack Exchange logo.
Stack Exchange logo will be moved down to the 'Additional Organizations' section.
The DuckDuckGo icon should link to https://duckduckgo.com/

Yes sure: just move it to the additional organization section - first row, first position (from the left).
