Background
With this dependency update Adblock Browser will be promoted on the first run page (#3031).
Also the Dutch translation of the first run page has been improved a lot (#2833).
Other changes aren't visible in Adblock Plus for Chrome/Opera/Safari (yet).
What to change
Update the dependency and add a mapping for skin/abb-logo.png.
