Description

Background

#1281 will set up buildbot. We should have it build libadblockplus, and execute the tests.

What to change

For every commit to the libadblockplus repository, build the project (a Linux build slave is sufficient for now) and run the tests. We don't need the resulting artifacts, we just need to know if there are compile errors or test failures.
