Create Adblock Browser devbuilds using buildbot

Background
We currently have to create Adblock Browser devbuilds locally. That's painful, because one build takes an hour, and we already need to produce two builds: With and without the updater. Once we support x86 (see #2791), we will need to produce four builds. We should have buildbot do this for every commit.
What to change
Once buildbot has been set up (#1281), we should add a job that creates a store and a standalone devbuild for every commit to the adblockbrowser-build repository.
It's not ideal, but sufficient for now, if someone with access to the build slave can download the resulting APKs using SCP.
Mozilla uses buildbot too, so their configuration might be a good basis for this.
