Background
We are currently only serving devbuild update manifests at /devbuilds/adblockbrowser/updates.xml. We should also serve release update manifests.
What to change
Serve release update manifests for Adblock Browser at /adblockbrowser/updates.xml.
In order to do that, adblockbrowserUpdates.py should read the build ID from the JSON file accompanying each build, rather than from the build's file name.
