Description
Background
#3312 makes the Adblock Browser update manifest handler serve both devbuild and release update manifests. Now we need to update the server configuration to make the release update manifests accessible.
What to change
- Serve /adblockbrowser/updates.xml on downloads.adblockplus.org.
- Create a temporary redirect from https://update.adblockplus.org/adblockbrowser/updates.xml to https://download.adblockplus.org/adblockbrowser/updates.xml.

We should test this a bit while provisioning. We should first provision the download servers, then check if devbuild updates still work, and if release updates work, then provision the update servers to put the release update manifest live.
