Environment

Adblock Browser - Build 1.2.0-QA (600)
iPhone 5C - iOS 8.4.1.

Please note, that it works correctly on iOS 9 (iPhone 5S 9.1, iPhone 6 9.0.2).

How to reproduce

  1. Open any full website (i.e. ​http://adblockplus.org)
  2. Zoom in a little (not needed but brings results easier)
  3. Drag the screen to scroll (while holding down a finger) in any direction

Observed behaviour

Page is not being scrolled while finger is still touching the screen. If the user wants to scroll he has to input enough speed and release the finger to let the kinetic scrolling do the job.

Expected behaviour

Page should scroll and follow the finger movement in realtime when swiping while holding finger on the screen and then it continue with kinetic scrolling after finger is released (if enough speed is input).
