[build] Save build manifest with the same base name as the APK

Description
Background
The Adblock Browser build produces a build manifest which contains information such as the build ID. We want to use this file for generating update manifests now, so we need to put it on the download servers. To avoid conflicts, it should have the same base name as the APK.
What to change
Copy fennec-*-arm.json to adblockbrowser-*-arm.json during the build process. The base name (i.e. the file name without the file extension) should be the same as for the APK file.
