Description
Background
Recently, we created a donation page to allow people to donate via Bitcoin and credit card in addition to PayPal. The initial rollout was meant as an experiment and therefore only optimized for the most recent desktop browser versions.
What to change
Add support for the remaining platforms that are currently supported on adblockplus.org. This also means supporting those cases in which JavaScript is disabled.

#219 only represents a subset of this issue because on our website we also support older versions from browsers other than IE (e.g. Opera 12).

It makes sense then to explicitly add the issues with which exact other environments to the existing issue. As far as I know, there is no central place where we define the supported environments, so they need to be stated to enable proper devlopment and testing.

The supported environments for the website are the same ones that we support with our extensions. Adding those details to this issue makes more sense since #219 only focuses on IE in its title unless modifying the existing title or creating a separate issue for the other platforms appear to be a better choice for you.

It it not feasible to go through the source code of all browser extensions to find the actually supported minimum version. To develop at this issue, you need to find out the actual supported environments either way, so it shouldn't be much of a problem to add them. Yes, you might consider opening another defect type issue for other environments, if you are facing issues with the donation page there, but i wouldn't mind, if you change the title and description of the existing one, too.
Most probably a dublicare of #219
