Adapt in-/distinguishable request types for changes in Chrome 49

Description
Background
Chrome bug 410382 caused object requests to be mistakenly reported as other. This bug has been fixed now, and Chrome 49 will be able to distinguish object requests again. Also Chrome 49 introduces two new request types, that is font and ping.
What to change
Adapt ext.webRequest.indistinguishableTypes to address the changes in Chrome 49. Hence object, font and ping requests shouldn't be marked as indisinguishable on versions of Chrome >= 49.
