Remove obsolete workaround for Malware Domains List breaking YouTube

Description
Background
Last week, the Malware Domains List accidentally added s.ytimg.com and as a result broke YouTube for users using that list. So we implemented a workaround to strip that domain from the generated filter list for Adblock Plus (#3521).
Meanwhile, that issue got the attention of the Malware Domains List author and was removed from the upstream list as well. Therefore, our workaround is no longer needed.
What to change
Remove the workaround introduced by #3521, to ignore the domain s.ytimg.com when generating the Malware Domains List.
