Background
#3439 added a script for creating devbuilds. We should make the same script support creating release builds.
What to change
Modify build.py to accept a build type parameter that is either devbuild or release. In devbuild mode, it should do what it did so far, in release mode it should build using the Release build configuration, and the release provisioning profiles.
