If the user disables the Adblock Plus Filter option from within the application, the Icon in the Notification window of the device should disappear.
Environment
LG + Google Nexus 5 + Android 5.0.2
Sony Experia Z3 Compact
Rooted device: No
ABP version 1.3 build# 359
How to reproduce
- Use device LG nexus 5, OS Android 5.1.
- Enable Adblock filtering within the app.
- Check that the notification is displaying.
- Disable the Adblock filtering button in the app.
- The notification is still showing.
Note:- When tested on Samsung galaxy nexus, OS Android 4.2.1 notification is not displayed when Adblock filtering is disable.
Observed behaviour
Notification is displayed when Adblock filtering is disabled.
Expected behaviour
Notification should not be displayed when Adblock filtering is disabled.

I reproduced this on both the Nexus 5 and the Xperia Z3 with Adblock Plus 1.3 (369). As discussed with Neet - The Icon should disappear if the Proxy button is set to off within the app. This is not the case, however.
