Environment
LG + Google Nexus 5 + Android 5.0.2
Rooted device: No
ABP version 1.3 build# 359
How to reproduce
- Use device LG nexus 5, OS Android 5.1.
- Adblock filtering is enable.
- Check notification it's displaying.
- Adblock filtering is disable.
- Check notification it's still displaying.
Note:- When tested on Samsung galaxy nexus, OS Android 4.2.1 notification is not displayed when Adblock filtering is disable.
Observed behaviour
Notification is displayed when Adblock filtering is disable.
Expected behaviour
Notification should not be displayed when Adblock filtering is disable.

I reproduced this on both the Nexus 5 and the Xperia Z3 with Adblock Plus 1.3 (369). As discussed with Neet - The Icon should disappear if the Proxy button is set to off within the app. This is not the case, however.
