Description (last modified by sebastian)
Background
With #3760, Opera builds will be completely identical to the respective Chrome builds. Hence there is no point in generating separate identical devbuilds for Opera. There also some more Opera-related logic in sitescripts.extensions that can be removed now as well.
What to change
Stop considering Adblock Plus for Opera a separate extension, and generating seperate devbuilds.

This has been done and appears to be live now. The /adblockplusopera/ directory no longer exists (it 404's), the development builds page has been updated and installing the new "Chrome and Opera" development builds with Opera works as expected.
Opera 19 / Windows 7 x64
Opera 25 / Windows 7 x64
