Remove update_url from Chrome devbuilds

Description
With #356 we have integrated the Chrome Web Store API in our devbuilds. However uploading to the CWS still fails, because the update_url field is given in manifest.json. Removing the update_url seems to safe since Chrome falls back to the CWS if update_url is missing.

I actually meant to deal with this (and naming) as part of #364 - it is required to publish devbuilds to CWS. I have a patch ready there, mind if I mark this as a duplicate?
