Description
Background
This will import #3834 which is required for CSS property filters. In addition, #3760, #382, #3822 will be imported which have no impact on Adblock Plus for Firefox.
What to change
Updating dependency should be sufficient.
What to test
This dependency update shouldn't affect any existing code.
