How to reproduce
- Go to https://adblockplus.org/
- Error 404 Not Found
Observed behaviour
The page gave 404 error but if i add /en/ to the end it works
Expected behaviour
I expected the page to load normally tested on different computer and networks too.

This issue currently should appear only for Accept-Language: Korean we are working on this issue currently #3959
I can confirm the issue doesn't exist anymore on my network/computer, but i some days ago i tried on different connections, computers and browser and all of them gave 404 error, a note, tried from Italy.
